Report the Sprays

Report spraying is very important.  Keeping a record of the spraying that kills bee’s helps the club accumulate evidence that will be given to the County Mosquito Spraying District when requesting a change in their spraying schedule to help bees.  At this time, you can send an email directly to Chuck Meyers- Mosquito Control Compliance Committee Chairman.

I reminded her that sunrise was at 6:27am, and that spraying past 8:27am was in violation of MSDS application, and that calls to OSHA, TBA, and Guvnor's Office would be made.

8/13/2014 3:40pm received phone call from Mosquito Control, was told that aril spraying would start the next morning and that trucks will spray for the next several nights, I asked if MSDS, and Label application direction will be fallowed, Mr. Rayn was then put on the phone, I asked the same question to him, Rayn stated his trucks start spraying at 4:00 to 4:30pm. I asked Mr. Rayn to put off truck spraying an tell after dark (as per label on truck spray chemical) Rayn stated he did not have time for this, I told Mr.Rayn I would stop any trucks in the area prier to dark, Rayn said that he would contact Police Dept. for an escort on his truck and then hung up on me.
8/13/2004 6:50pm Police escorted truck drives down street in front of house, sprayer turned off,2 houses before and 2 houses after (on no spray list). 6:55pm I fallowed spray truck through several sub divisions videotaping truck spraying people walking dogs, joggers, people mowing yards, kids on bikes, families bar-b-Qing. This made truck driver so mad it started out with him flipping me off with middle finger, to coming back to the street I live on (no spray list) and made 7 passes up and down street with non-stop spraying. I contacted Pearland Police Dept, they sent out the watch Sgt. I filed a complaint ageneses Mosquito Control and Pearland Police Dept for allowing the retaliation of Mosquito Control
Phone calls will be made to OSHA, TBA, and EPA
